All green coffee beans are imported from a single coffee farm called Lion Hills Farm located in Tinderet, Nandi County, Kenya. The flavor profile is milk chocolate with medium acidity, high cream body and medium sweetness.

Coffee type: Arabica

Varieties: Batian and Ruiru 11

Process: Anaerobic, fermented with water for 3 days, wet processed

Flavor Profile: soft, delicate, honey, mandarin, dried fruit flavors with a finish of molasses
